yet, because of the complete lack of people who play this mod, i need to play single player, and because of the lack of movement allowed the user of a cannon, it only has about 3 possible uses thruought the entire campaign.

Interesting and valid points. If you play with equipment weights, then you can move with the cannon, just very slowly. This really wouldn't work for single-player though, because you wouldn't be able to carry a big arsenal. That might be something to keep in mind for future updates though, letting people move slowly with the cannon in single-player mode.

Fortunately the other weapons have had their damage increased so much (compared to standard Q2 weapons) that you probably won't really find a need for the cannon. I've found the Winchester rifle and shotguns to more than make up for it.
