from staff of course) say what games/mods go on each server given the
hardware that we have, and which server runs what tourney.
- Their main responsibility /before/ an event is the logistics... what
games we need, when tourneys will be run, what will run at different times
during the events.
- Their main responsibility /during/ an event is to run the tourneys,
or... in the event they are participating in one, make sure a suitable
person is available to run it.
- Server Team
- Consists of everyone that is responsible for an actual server
machine.
- They get their main direction from the Tourney Manager, who lets
them know what games and mods will be needed on their particular server.
- Their responsibility /before/ an event is to make sure the right
software is loaded and configured/tested on their server.
- Their responsibility /during/ an event is to make sure their server
is running smoothly without any problems, or... in the event they are
participating in a tournament, they should make sure someone is available
in case of problems with their server.
- Location Manager
- This person will interface with the Power Master and the LAN Manager
to make sure the event facility will meet our needs. The LAN Manager and
Power Master will turn over requirements that the Location Manager will
take into account when searching for event venues.
- Refreshments
- LAN Manager
- The LAN Manager will design and manage the LAN at each event.
- This person will need to work closely with the location manager and

network congestion and the widest dispersal of power.
