Maps won't rotate

Hi guys, I wonder if any of the other server admins would help me out?
I can't get the maps to rotate. It just keeps playing the same map over
until I change the map from the server. Here is how it looks right now although
I've tried a few different configurations:

sv_maplist "cheyenne town strike"
map cheyenne
