Notes about the RPS Web Pages of Death
On none of our pages will there be a link to go to the "top" of the page
you are currently on. Even if it's a really long page. You have got to
be really stupid if you can't manage the scroll bar on your browser. If
you can't scroll, we don't want you viewing our site.
Most of the visuals you see were accomplished with the aid of Photoshop, from
the people at Adobe, to whom I will always be grateful.
Scanned graphics scanned by Stone. Text removal and image touch-ups
also by Stone.
All original pictures and graphics contained within these pages
may be used under the following conditions:
- The pictures contains a link that points back to an RPS page.
- The pictures remain unaltered in any way, shape, or form.
Failure to conform to these guidelines will result in death. Yours.
Have a nice day.
Update History
- 4/23/04 - Counter hits 40,000.
- 2/17/04 - In the process of removing the deadwood. This means that
the Game Corner, Comics Shrine, Graphics Gallery, and Documents sections
are going into archive. RPS-Squared will eventually follow.
- 5/22/03 - Scavenger pages added
- 4/23/00 - Added LouZiffer
- 3/9/00 - Added Night's Edge pages
- 3/30/99 - Woo hoo! 20,000 hits since, uh, well, we forgot. Anyway, it's
nice to know we've got some content now, so we're all happy.
- 3/9/99 - Quintin Stone points out how old this update list is. In case
you haven't noticed, we've got the Free Range Action Gaming
site here, the premiere Research Triangle Park (NC) LAN Party extravaganza.
- 12/17/97 - RPS-Squared begins serious production.
- 8/5/97 - The ALL NEW RPS pages go up! Isn't it great!!
- 5/15/97 - The RPS pages begin an incredible revamping!
- 12/22/96 - The RPS pages undergoes its move to the great RPS.NET!
Unfortunately, this means we have to take down our People Pages for a
little while, until we can resolve the bandwidth problem. Sorry! We're
working on a solution!
- 3/10/96 - The People Page went up in full. Nine pages of some of
the most beautiful women of our time.
- 2/12/96 - Home page changed back from black. Well, that was fun.
- 2/9/96 - Home page background turned black in protest of the
Telecom Bill & Communications Decency Act, an unenforcable bunch of laws
that will only be overturned when it actually hits the courts. Who put
that Clinton guy into office anyway?
- 1/31/96 - New pages went online. New background, different title
pictures. Jack Skellington changed his name to Bad Mojo. Monkey-free
Zone declared. New reviews added, Jovian Chronicles Mush link removed
(project is on hiatus). Doom page removed (explained above).
Introducing the RPS Comics Shrine. New page
about the history of the RPS. Graphics
Gallery, External Links, Good, and Evil pages updated and revised. RPS
Survey removed until we can come up with something even slightly
interesting for you to fill out.
