After nearly a hundred years of fluctuations, the dollar finally settled
down in Arcadia as stability returned to people's lives. Dictated by big
business and the amount of currency available within the limited area of
Arcadia's safe area, the dollar underwent a drastic amount of deflation.
The following chart displays the correlation between an Assets score and
a character's starting capital in the campaign of Night's Edge. Though still
called a "dollar", the basic unit of currency in Arcadia is worth about
twice what it was at the end of the 20th century.
