[2] Game Concepts
Every roleplaying game has certain concepts and processes that are critical to
the mechanics of the system. RPS-Squared is no different. It's a good idea to
know something of the way the game works before continuing on to making a
character. So in this chapter, we'll cover the basics of the RPS Role Playing
System. These concepts include what kind of dice are required to play, how
stat checks are performed, the units of time used in RPS-Squared, the
definition of an "action", physical measurements used, and a glossary of
game terms to come in later sections.
